2021 Festival Covid-19 Precautions

Due to Covid-19, the Jacksonville Film Festival is taking precautions to keep everyone safe. we are following the cdc guidelines.

  • Masks: Masks will be required to be worn properly over the mouth and nose at all times. The only time they can be off is when someone is drinking or eating, while sitting in their seat. There will be extra masks at the festival if needed. Anyone 5-years-old and younger are not required to wear a mask.

  • Social Distancing: We ask that all parties stay 6-feet from others while at the festival. We ask that you do not congregate in the lobby. The theatre is small, so we ask you don’t hang out in the lobby.

  • Temperature Checks: We will be doing temperature checks for everyone who enters the theatre. Your temperature will be checked every time you reenter the theatre, even if it is the same day and your temperature was taken earlier.

  • Sanitation: We ask that you sanitize before entering the theatre. We will also have hand sanitizer throughout the theatre, including the lobby.

  • Cleaning: The theatres will be cleaned after each block screening. We ask that you please leave the theatre between each block, even if you’re watching the next block. This way we can properly clean.

  • Sick: We ask that anyone who has experienced symptoms to please not attend. Symptoms include: fever, shortness of breathe, loss of taste and/or smell, cough, fatigue, muscle or body aches, nausea or vomiting, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, diarrhea, and headache.

  • Payment: To help with preventing cross contamination, we are not accepting cash. Please use a card when getting tickets at the door or when buying concessions. Tickets are now available through our website. Anyone who already has a ticket but cannot attend due to Covid, symptoms, or quarantining will receive a refund. *Please note - the Eventbrite Platform Fees cannot be refunded.
